31st October - Dodson & Horrell announces changes to Sales and Marketing

Dodson & Horrell Limited today announces a re-organisation of its sales function as a result of Sales Director Bill Chudley wishing to move to a part time position.

Bill Chudley, who retains his directorship and was looking for a new challenge, will now assume responsibility for the Company’s Trophy Pet Foods and Massbrook brands as well as a significant contract manufacturing account.

He will continue to represents Dodson & Horrell on the board of the Pet Food Manufacturer’s Association (PFMA).

Marketing Director Sam Horrell will take responsibility for the sales function during this transition period and continues to oversee marketing for both the Dodson & Horrell and Chudleys brands.

John Horrell is Joint Managing Director of Dodson & Horrell, he said: “These changes are a natural transition for the company as Bill wishes to reduce his working days. Dodson & Horrell Limited now has several subsidiary organisations, which require management by a Director, and l am pleased to announce that Bill Chudley will perform this role.

“As a company, we’d like to thank Bill for his work over the years during which time we have grown significantly; we are confident that he will still make a valuable contribution to the business. Dodson & Horrell continues to grow and develop and this re-organisation will help us continue to serve our valued customers efficiently and effectively.”

2013 has been a significant year for Dodson & Horrell, with the company taking title sponsorship of the Chatsworth Horse Trials as well as collaborating with a leading vehicle manufacturer to sponsor the World Series Gundog Championship.

The company has also continued to invest in research & development and production, as the company strives to lead the way in the industry and ensure it is at the forefront of new developments.
